| 摘 要： | 一日两次不等剂量全身放疗加环磷酰胺预处理，自体或异基因骨髓移植或外周血造血干细胞移植治疗１２例恶性血液病。按ＷＨＯ抗癌药副反应分度标准分析预处理方案的毒性并积分。结果表明，不同剂量组毒性积分和造血恢复速度无显著差异。较大剂量组移植后复发率较低，但随访时间，例数少尚难评价。 |

| Abstract: | Twelve cases of hematological malignancy were treated with different doses of the total body irradiation (TBI) twice a day plus the high dose of cyclophosphamide (CY) as condition regimen for autologous or allogeneic bone marrow transplantation or blood stem cell transplantation. The toxicity scores of the condition regimen were analyzed according to the toxicity and side effects of WHO grade criterion of anticancer drugs. The results showed that there were no statistically significant difference in the toxicity, hematopoietic recovery in the groups with different doses. The relapse rate in the high dose of TBI group was lower than that in the low dose of TBI group. |
