摘    要:目的探讨同伴教育模式对本科实习医师临床实习的影响。方法选取2007年7月至9月在重庆医科大学附属第二医院肝胆外科实习的36名本科实习医师作为研究对象,每月的医师随机分为实验组和对照组。另外选取同科12名二年级应届硕士研究生,随机与每月的实验组医师结为同伴。“医德医风、服务态度、临床思维、操作技能、病人满意程度”为评价本科实习医师工作的指标,于每月实习结束时进行评分,同时组织理论考试。结果实验组实习医师临床工作评分和理论知识考试成绩均显著高于同期对照组。结论同伴教育模式对改善本科实习医师的临床教学工作有促进作用。

Abstract:Objective To investigate the effect of peer-education model on clinical practice of undergraduate interns. Methods Thirty-six undergraduate interns were arranged into control and experimental group.Twelve postgraduates were selected as peer-educators. Medical ethics and style, attitude,clinical thoughts,operations and satisfactory of patients were used to judge their work.They had to take exams at the end of the clinical practice. Results Undergraduate interns in experimental group got higher scores than control group. Conclusion Peer-education model has a positive effect on clinical practice of undergraduate interns.
