蕲蛇酶辅助治疗肺心病难治性心衰30例疗效观察

目的探讨蕲蛇酶辅助治疗肺心病难治性心衰的临床疗效和安全性。方法将60例肺心病难治性心衰患者随机分为治疗组和对照组，在常规治疗基础上，治疗组加用蕲蛇酶0．75 U于0．9％氯化钠250ml中静滴，每天1次，15d为一疗程，监测心功能、血氧饱和度及血液流变学指标，治疗15d后收集临床资料进行评价。结果治疗组临床总有效率为90．6％，明显高于对照组的68．8％（χ^2=4．73，P〈0．05）。治疗前后心功能、血氧饱和度及血液流变学指标比较，治疗组优于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P〈0．05或P〈0．01），两组无严重不良反应。结论蕲蛇酶能明显改善肺心病难治性心衰患者的心、肺功能，安全有效。

Clinical study of acutase on the accessory treatment of 32 cases of refractory heart failure with cor pulmonale

Objective To study the effect and safety of accessory treatment on the refractory heart failure of cor pulmonale treated by acutase. Method Sixty eases of the refractory heart failure of cor pulmonale were divided into treatment group and control group randomly. All of the patients were treated conventionally,while the treatment group was treated with 0.75U acutase in 0.9% NaCI 250 ml by intravenous infusion, once a day, 15 days as a treatment course. The cardiac function, blood oxygen saturation and hemorheology were monitored. After 15 days＇ treatment, the clinical data were collected and evaluated. Results Total effective rate in treatment group reached 90.6% ,which was significantly higher than that in control group （68.8%） （ X^2 = 4.73,P 〈 0.05 ）. The treatment group was superior to control group in cardiac function, blood oxygen saturation and hemorheology. The data indicated statistically significant differences between treatment group and control group （ P 〈 0. 05 or P 〈 0.01 ）. There were no severe adverse effects in both groups. Conclusion Treatment with acuta.~ significantly improves the cardiac and pulmonary function of refractory heart failure with cot pulmonale. Acutase is an effective and safe method in the treatment of refractory heart failure with cot pulmonale and there are no apparent adverse reactions.
