2005～2010年济南市疟疾疫情分析

目的了解济南市疟疾发病情况,探讨流行特征,为制定防治对策提供依据。方法对2005～2010年疟疾疫情资料进行整理。对疟疾疫情进行描述与分析。结果济南市2005～2010年共报告疟疾病例66例,其中恶性疟11例,间日疟32例,未分型23例;实验室确诊32例,临床确诊34例;本地病例和外地病例各33例;当地感染病例5例,占7.58%,输入性病例61例,占92.42%,11例恶性疟均为输入性病例。结论济南市疟疾病例以输入性病例为主;关口前移,把好疟疾输入关,加强疟区入济人员的疟疾监测,防止输入病例引起本市疟疾暴发流行应是济南市疟防工作的重点。

Analysis of malaria surveillance in Jinan from 2005 to 2010

Objective To ascertain the prevalence of malaria in Jinan and study its epidemiological characteristics in order to provide a scientific basis for future prevention and control.Methods Data on cases of malaria in Jinan from 2005 to 2010 were collected and analyzed.Results There were 66 reported cases of malaria from 2005-2010 in Jinan,with 11 cases of Plasmodium falciparum malaria,32 cases of Plasmodium vivax malaria,and 23 cases of an unidentified type.A definitive laboratory diagnosis was made in 32 cases,and a definitive clinical diagnosis was made in 34 cases.There were 33 cases of autochthonous malaria and 33 cases of imported malaria.The source of infection was local in 5 cases(7.58%) and exogenous in 61(92.4%).Eleven imported cases of malaria were all P.falciparum malaria.Conclusion Malaria in Jinan was mostly sporadic and imported.Preventing imported cases of malaria is crucial to controlling malaria outbreaks in Jinan.
