机用镍钛锉与手用不锈钢K锉根管预备的疗效观察

摘    要:目的评价机用ProTaper镍钛锉预备根管的临床效果。方法选取需行根管治疗的患牙81颗,随机分为两组,分别采用机用ProTaper镍钛锉(实验组,n=37颗,78个根管)和手用不锈钢K锉(对照组,n=44颗,96个根管)进行根管预备,两组均采用冷侧压法充填根管,比较两组患者根管预备时间、根管预备术后疼痛反应和根管充填质量。结果实验组根管预备时间短于对照组,根管预备术后疼痛发生率低于对照组,根管恰填率高于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论相比不锈钢K锉,机用ProTaper镍钛锉预备根管能较好地保持根管解剖形态,减少了术后疼痛,省时、高效,提高了根管充填效果。

Abstract:Objective To evaluate the clinical efficacy of ProTaper rotary nickel-titanium files in root canal preparation. Methods 81 teeth needing root canal treatment were randomly divided into two groups. In root canal preparation, ProTaper rotary nickel-titanium files were used in the experimental group ,while the hand stainless steel K-files were applied in the control group. In both groups, root canals were obturated by lateral compaction technique. The time for root canal preparation, complications after root canal preparation and obturated effect were compared between the two groups. Results The root canal preparation time in the experimental group was shorter than that in the control group. The pain occurrence rate after root canal preparation in the ex- perimental group was lower than that in the control group, the just fill rate of root canal was higher than that in the control group, all differences showing statistical significance. Conclusion ProTaper rotary nickel-titanium files in root canal preparation can re- sult in a good maintenance of root canal anatomic form and reduce postoperative pain. It is time-saving and highly efficient and in- creases the effect of root canal filling.
