| 摘 要： | 目的:探讨双黄连致不良反应(ADR)的特点及相关因素,为临床合理用药提供参考。方法:检索1994-2011年国内医药期刊报道的双黄连致ADR案例,并进行统计、分析。结果:双黄连致ADR主要累及肌肉系统,其次为消化系统、皮肤、神经系统。结论:临床应加强对双黄连的合理应用,避免和减少ADR的重复发生。

| Abstract: | OBJECTIVE:To explore the characteristics and related factors of the adverse drug reactions(ADR)induced by shuanghuanglian so as to provide references for rational drug use in the clinic.METHODS:ADR induced by shuanghuanglian reported in domestic medical journals during 1994-2011 were retrieved and analyzed statistically.RESULTS:ADR induced by shuanghuanglian had been manifested by muscular system,followed by digestive system,dermal and nervous system,etc.CONCLUSION:The rational use of shuanghuanglian should be emphasized to avoid and reduce the occurrence of adverse drug reactions. |
