某院围术期预防性使用抗菌药物情况调查

目的调查分析某院围术期患者预防性使用抗菌药物的现状,找出不合理用药原因,提出改进措施,促进合理用药。方法随机抽查某院2009年1月至2010年5月(第1期)围术期患者预防性使用抗菌药物情况(611例),并与2011年1—12月(第2期)预防性使用抗菌药物情况(361例)进行对比分析。结果第2期与第1期比较,药物选择不当或不合理用药情况降低了62.08%;平均每例患者使用抗菌药物费用降低了142.48元;合理用药比例提高了67.95%。结论通过对某院围术期预防性使用抗菌药物现状的调查并进行改进,大大提高了围术期抗菌药物预防性合理使用率,促进了合理用药。

Investigation on perioperative prophylactic use of antibiotics in a hospital

Objective To investigate and analyze the status quo of prophylactic use of antimicrobial drugs in periopera- rive patients to find out the reasons of irrational drug use and put forward the improvement measures for promoting rational use of drug. Methods The stuation of prophylactic antimicrobials use during the perioperative period in a hospital from January 2009 to May 2010 （first phase, 611 cases ） was performed the random checks. The situation of perioperative prophylactic antimicrobials use from January to December 2011 （second phase, 611 cases ） and the situation in the first phase was perfol~ned the comparative analysis. Results Comparing the second phase with the first phase, the situation of improper dug selection and irational drug use were reduced by 62.08% ;the average costs of antibacterial drugs use were decreased by 142.48 yuan;the proportion of rational drug use was increased by 67.95%. Conclusion Through investigating the situation quo of perioperative prophylactic animicro- bials use and conducting the improvement, the rational use rate of prophylactic antimicrobials is greatly increased.
