耳内镜下经口鼻联合径路行腺样体吸切术98例临床疗效评价

目的探讨耳内镜下经口鼻联合径路切割吸引器治疗儿童腺样体肥大的疗效及较之传统腺样体切除术和鼻内镜下相关手术的优势。方法回顾性总结98例腺样体肥大患儿在耳内镜下经口鼻联合径路行腺样体吸切术的手术方法及预后。结果 98例患儿腺样体均完整切除无残留,术中出血少,术后恢复满意。随访3～6个月,无并发症及复发。结论耳内镜下经口鼻联合径路行腺样体吸切术较传统手术及鼻内镜下手术疗效肯定、术野清晰、切除范围准确,无并发症,是一种适宜临床推广应用的较好方法。

Evaluation on clinical effects of adenoidectomy by ear endoscope throuth mouth-nose joint approachin 98 cases

Objective To explore the efficacy of adenoidectomy using micro-stryker under ear endoscope for treating child adenoid hypertrophy and its superiority over the traditional adenoidectomy and the related nasal endoscopic operations. Methods The operation methods and prognosis in 98 cases of adenoidal hypertrophy were retrospectively summarized. Results Hypertrophic adenoids in 98 children cases were completely removed without residual and with less intraoperative blood loss. Postoperative recovery was satisfactory. During follow up for 3-6 months, no complications and recurrence ocurred. Conclusion Adenoidectomy under ear endoscope through mouth-nose joint approach has definite effects ,clear operative field and accurate re- section range without complications and is a better method suitable for clinical promotion and application.
