乳腺癌组织中乙酰肝素酶-2的表达及临床意义

摘    要:目的研究乙酰肝素酶-2(Hpa-2)在乳腺癌组织中的表达及其与临床病理因素的相关性。方法用免疫组化法检测癌旁正常乳腺组织和乳腺癌组织中Hpa-2蛋白表达情况。结果乳腺癌组织中Hpa-2蛋白阳性表达率明显高于癌旁组织,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。乳腺癌肿瘤体积越大,Hpa-2表达水平越高;TNM分期越高,Hpa-2阳性表达率越高;Hpa-2的表达在有腋窝淋巴结转移组中明显高于无腋窝淋巴结转移组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论Hpa-2在乳腺癌组织中的表达显著增强,提示其可能在乳腺癌的进展和转移中起着重要作用。

Abstract:Objective To study the expression of heparanase-2 (Hpa-2) in breast cancer and its correlation with clinico- pathological factors. Methods The expressions of Hpa-2 were detected in breast cancer tissues and pericancerous normal mam- mary gland tissues by immunohistochemisty. Results The positive expression rate of Hpa-2 protein in breast cancer was signifi- cantly higher than that in perieancerous tissues with statistical difference (P〈0.05). The bigger the breast cancer volume, the high- er the Hpa-2 expression level.The higher the TNM classification, the higher the Hpa-2 expression rate. The expression of Hpa-2 in the axillary lymph node metastasis group was significantly higher than that in non-axillary lymph node metastasis group, diffemce showing statistical significance (P〈0.05). Conclusion The expression of Hpa-2 in breast cancer is significantly enhanced, sug gesting that the increased expression of Hpa-2 could play an important role in the progression and metastasis of breast cancer.
