| 摘 要： | 目的 探讨腹腔镜下精索静脉高位结扎术治疗精索静脉曲张的临床经验。方法 采用腹腔镜经腹腔途径完成精索静脉高位结扎术。结果 54例病人手术后均取得满意的临床疗效。结论 腹腔镜精索静脉结扎术具有简便、微创、并发症少、效果可靠及恢复快等优点，尤其适用于双侧精索静脉曲张、肥胖、有腹股沟手术史及开放手术后复发者，是治疗精索静脉曲张的一种有价值的方法。

| Abstract: | Objective: To explore the clinical experience of laparoscopic varicocele ligation.Methods: Fifty-four patients underwent laparoscopic varicocele ligation with the transperitoneal approach. Results: The operations were successful in all of patients, there were no severe complication occurred. Conclusions: Laparoscopic varicocele ligation has the advantages of convenient, minimal invasive, safe, effective, postoperative early resumption and lower complication, especially for recurrent, obese, bilateral patients, and those with inguinal surgery history, which has great value for the treatment of varicocele. |
