大鼠膈淋巴液形成机制的研究

目的　探讨大鼠膈淋巴液形成的机制。方法　大鼠腹膜腔内注射兔血和示踪剂后 ,应用透射电镜观察膈腹膜及膈毛细淋巴管的变化。结果　膈腹膜间皮和膈毛细淋巴管均发生了明显的变化。结论　影响膈淋巴液形成的主要因素为膈腹膜吸收孔和呈开放性连接的毛细淋巴管 ,囊泡系统在膈淋巴液形成和物质转运中也起一定作用 ;管腔内表面突起具有释放作用 ,管腔外表面突起具有吸收作用

Research on the Formation Mechanism of Diaphragmatic lymph in Rats

Objective To study the formation mechanism of diaphragmatic lymph in rats.Methods With rabbit blood and tracer injected into peritoneal cavity of rats,changes in diaphragmatic peritoneum and lymphatic capillaries were observed under TEM.Results There was significant changes in diaphragmatic peritoneal mesothelium and lymphatic capillaries.Conclusion The main factors to affect the formation of diaphragmatic lymph were absorption foramima of diaphragmatic peritoneum and open junction lymphatic capillaries.Vesiculation system also plays a role in formation of diaphragmatic lymph and material transportation.The process of inner surface has liberation while that of outer surface has absorption effect.
