规范化带教在新生儿科的应用

摘    要:目的探讨规范化带教在新生儿科的应用效果。方法将2010年3月~2012年9月入我科实习的护生共94人随机分为两组,对照组采取传统临床带教模式,实验组采取规范化带教,并对两组带教效果通过护生理论知识考核成绩、操作技能考核成绩、仪器使用技能考核成绩和带教满意度进行比较。结果实验组护生各方面考核成绩有显著提高(P〈0.01),实验组对带教满意度也有所提高(P〈0.05)。结论规范化带教能有效提高护生理论知识水平和操作技能以及更快地掌握临床仪器的使用,而且护生对临床带教满意度也有所提高,对提高新生儿科带教水平起到显著作用。

Abstract:Objective To probe into the application effect of standardized teaching in the neonatal ward. Methods The practice nursing students, from 2010 March to 2012 September, of the neonatal ward, in all 94 people, were randomly divided into two groups, the control group adopted the traditional clinical teaching mode, the experiment group adopted standardized teaching, and compared the two group of the teaching effect through the nursing students' theoretical knowledge assessment, skills assess- ment result, the skills to use equipment examination and teaching satisfaction. Results The experimental group students in all as- pects of assessment has improved significantly ( P 〈 0. 01 ) , the experimental group on teaching satisfaction also increased ( P 〈 0.05 ). Conclusion Standardized teaching can effectively improve students, theoretical knowledge and skills as well as more quickly master the clinical instrument use, and nursing students on clinical teaching satisfaction also improved, to improve the teaching level of neonatal department play a significant role in.
