枳椇子水提物对小鼠耐寒 耐热 耐缺氧作用的实验研究

摘    要:目的观察枳棋子水提物对小鼠耐寒、耐热、耐缺氧的影响。方法昆明种小鼠随机分为5组,分别为空白对照组、诺迪康胶囊阳性对照组及枳棋子水提物高、中、低(800、400、200mg·kg^-1)3个剂量组,灌胃给药7d后分别考察小鼠缺氧、-20%寒冷以及56℃高温条件下的存活时间。结果枳棋子水提物能明显延长小鼠缺氧、-20℃寒冷以及56℃高温条件下的存活时间。结论枳棋子水提取物具有良好的耐寒、耐热、耐缺氧作用。

Abstract:Aim To investigate the effect of Hovenia dulcis Thunb water extract on mice's resistance against cold, heat and oxygen deficit. Methods KM mice were randomly divided into five groups: control group , positive control group(Rhodiala) ,the low, middle and high dosage groups(800,400,200mg·kg^-1). After 7 days,stress response was observed. Results Hovenia dulcis Thunb water extract could obviously lengthen the survival time of mice at oxygen deficit, -20℃ cold as well as 56℃. Conclusion Hovenia dulcis Thunb water extract can effectively resist cold, heat and oxygen deficit.
