多重耐药结核杆菌的耐药机制及药物治疗原则

目的：探讨及阐明多重耐药结核杆菌（MDR—TB）的耐药机制及药物治疗原则。方法：查阅近年相关研究．对文献资料进行分析和总结。结果与结论：结核病发病率呈上升趋势，MDR-TB的出现是其主要原因之一。MDR-TB感染使结核病的病程延长、死亡风险上升、医疗费用增加，MDR—TB的出现和快速传播，使结核病重新成为现代医学的研究热点。MDR—TB的耐药机制复杂，可利用的治疗药物有限．只有正确认识其耐药机制，合理使用现有的抗结核药物．才能有效地控制MDR—TB的流行和爆发。

The Drug-resistance Mechanisms and Therapeutic Principles of Multiple-drug Resistant Tuberculosis

Objective： To summarize the drug-resistance mechanisms and therapeutic principals of multiple- drug resistant tuberculosis （MDR-TB）. Methods： Articles of relative studies were collected from PubMed and bibliographies. The drug-resistance mechanisms and therapeutic principals were analysized and summarized. Results and Conclusions： The incidence of tuberculosis shows upward tendency, which might be attributed to the appearance of MDR-TB. The infection of MDR-TB results in longer course of disease, higher risk of death and more medical expense. The rapid transmission of MDR-TB makes tuberculosis, an ancient transmissible disease, to be one of hot research areas of modem medicine. Only when the drug-resistance mechanisms are elucidated, the numbered drugs were rationally used, could the pandemic infection of MDR-TB be effectively controlled.
