摘    要:目的:探讨及阐明多重耐药结核杆菌(MDR—TB)的耐药机制及药物治疗原则。方法:查阅近年相关研究.对文献资料进行分析和总结。结果与结论:结核病发病率呈上升趋势,MDR-TB的出现是其主要原因之一。MDR-TB感染使结核病的病程延长、死亡风险上升、医疗费用增加,MDR—TB的出现和快速传播,使结核病重新成为现代医学的研究热点。MDR—TB的耐药机制复杂,可利用的治疗药物有限.只有正确认识其耐药机制,合理使用现有的抗结核药物.才能有效地控制MDR—TB的流行和爆发。

Abstract:Objective: To summarize the drug-resistance mechanisms and therapeutic principals of multiple- drug resistant tuberculosis (MDR-TB). Methods: Articles of relative studies were collected from PubMed and bibliographies. The drug-resistance mechanisms and therapeutic principals were analysized and summarized. Results and Conclusions: The incidence of tuberculosis shows upward tendency, which might be attributed to the appearance of MDR-TB. The infection of MDR-TB results in longer course of disease, higher risk of death and more medical expense. The rapid transmission of MDR-TB makes tuberculosis, an ancient transmissible disease, to be one of hot research areas of modem medicine. Only when the drug-resistance mechanisms are elucidated, the numbered drugs were rationally used, could the pandemic infection of MDR-TB be effectively controlled.
