泪道逆行置管联合管内给药治疗复发性鼻泪管阻塞

目的探讨泪道置管联合管内给药治疗复发性鼻泪管阻塞的临床疗效。方法13例（15眼）复发性鼻泪管阻塞，采用自行设计的鼻腔端带栓塞的泪道支撑硅胶管，在泪道和鼻粘膜表麻下，经鼻腔逆行置入，管内分别给药丝裂霉素C和敏感抗生素后栓塞端口，术后管内逆行冲洗，并保留药液于管内直接长效地作用于泪囊及鼻泪管黏膜。结果15眼复发性鼻泪管阻塞，经泪道置管联合管内注入丝裂霉素C有效控制肉芽瘢痕增生，并敏感抗生素保留管内获得了良好的疗效。结论泪道置管及管内注药治疗复发性鼻泪管阻塞，效果良好。

Treatment of recurrent nasolacrimal duct obstruction by inverted lacrimal intubation combined with drug administration within the tube

Objective To investigate clinical therapeutic effect of lacrimal intubation combined with drug administration with in the tube on recurrent nasolacrimal duct obstruction. Methods 13 cases （15 eyes） of recurrent nasolacrimal duet obstruction were selected. Under topical anesthesia of lacrimal and nasal mucosa, a self-designed silicone tube with a plug on the nasal end was implanted retrogradly through nasal cavity. Mitomycin C and sensitive antibiotics were administrated into the tube and then the nasal end of the rube was stuffed, inverted irrigation was performed afrer the operation. The drugs remained in the tube had a direct and long-term effect on the mucosa of dacryocyst and nasolacrimal duct. Results For the 13 cases （ 15 eyes） of recurrent nasolacrimal duct obstruction, inverted lacrimal intubation combined with administration of mitomycin C within the tube can effectively control granulation and scar growth. By selecting sensitive antibiontics remained in the tube, satisfactory therapeutic effects have been got. Conclusion Recurrent nasolacrimal duct obstruction can be effectively cured by inverted lacrimal intubation combined with direct administration of mitomycin C and sensitive antibiotics.
