新型泪道探针治疗新生儿泪囊炎

目的探讨作者设计制作的新型泪道探针治疗新生儿泪囊炎的临床疗效。方法用新型泪道探针对眼科门诊1032例（1138眼）先天性泪囊炎进行泪道探通。结果 1138眼全部探通成功,其中1次探通成功1116眼（98.07%）,2次探通成功22眼（1.93%）,除极少数患儿有轻度眼睑水肿外,其余均无任何严重并发症发生。结论新型泪道探针操作方便、对泪道无损伤,治疗新生儿泪囊炎效果良好。

Observation on efficacy of the new tpye patented lacrimal probe in treatment for neonatorum dacryocystits

Objective Neonatal dacryocystits is a common eye disease of infant.Irrigation and probing are main treatment.But there is variety of lachrymal syringe needle and probe in the clinic that have different stimulus for the infant.Some of them even may lead to complication and affect the result of surgery.We work out a new type probing needle according to the characteristics of the infant：such as age,head not being easily fixed,tissue tenderness and not suitable for manipulation repeatly.Methods 1032 patients（1138 eyes） who are neonatal dacryocystitis accepted probing of lacrimal passages with the new type lacrimal probe and were observed in the clinic service.Results All eyes could be probed successfully,especially 1016 eyes（99.88%） could be probed successfully one time and 22 eyes（2.12%） were two times.There were not any severe complication but gentle palpebral edema.Conclusion New one-time probing needle which has reasonable design are convenient,safe and practical to use.They have no hurt to lacrimal passage.At same time,they can be packed and sterilized independently to avoid cross contamination.This new type low price needle which is suitable for infant patient especially has good therapeutic effect and deserves to be spread to use.
