| 摘 要： | 目的探讨球结膜自固定显微切除联合角膜缘上皮移植术治疗翼状胬肉的疗效。方法回顾性总结该手术126例（126眼）,随访12～24个月;分析术后症状、术后复发率等。结果随访期间患者没有明显不适,术后有1例复发,复发率为0．79％。结论采用该术式治疗胬肉效果好,手术操作容易,时间短,复发率低。

| Abstract: | Objective To observe the effects of eonjunetival self-fixated microscopic excision and eorneo-conjunetival autograft transplantation on pterygiam. Methods 126 cases （126 eyes） with pterygium underwent pterygium conjunctival self-fixated micro- scopic excision and corneo-conjunetival autograft transplantation. The postoperative follow-up period was 12 to 24 months. Results During the follow-up of 12 - 24 months, recurrence was noted in one eye. The recurrent rate was 0. 79%. Conclusion Conjunctival self-fixated microscopic excision and corneo-conjunctival autograft transplantation is an effective operation that is more rapidly and has lower recurent rate. |
