视网膜断层扫描仪对小梁切除改良术式的远期疗效观察

目的探讨视网膜断层扫描仪对改良小梁切除术后远期疗效的观察。方法对30例（46跟）不同类型的青光眼行改良式小梁切除术,术中采用大巩膜瓣的制作及闭合式缝线技术,术后观察远期眼压、滤过泡的形成的同时,采用海德堡视网膜断层扫描仪Ⅱ（HRT-II）随访比较视盘参数。结果术后随访〉18个月,术后末次随访平均眼压,与术前平均眼压比较,差异有统计学意义（P〈0．01）。视盘盘沿面积（RA,mm2）、盘沿体积（RV,mm2）、平均神经纤维层厚度（mRNFL．mm）与术前比较有改善,差异有统计学意义（P〈0．05）。结论改良式小梁切除术,术后远期眼压控制效果明显,改善患者视盘部分结构参数。视网膜断层扫描可以作为评估其远期有效性的敏感方法。

Long-term observation on the effee of refromed trabeculectomy by Heidelberg retina tomography

Objective To observe the long-term effect of reformed trabeculeetomy. Methods 30 cases （46 eyes） of glaucoma were accepted the trabeeuleetomy with big sclera flap （4 × 6 mm） , and the disc data were used to measured by Heidelberg Retina Tomography. Results The postoperative follow-up period was eight months. There was signif cant statistical difference between preoper xtive and postoperative IOPs （ P 〈 0.05 ）. There was significant statistical difference between preoperative and postoperative RA, RV and mRNFL. Condusion The trabeculectomy with big selera flap can effectively accommodate lOP and disc data. Heidelberg Retina Tomography is sensitivity method to eva uate the longterm efficacy.
