新鲜羊膜与生物羊膜治疗翼状胬肉的比较研究

摘    要:目的采用新鲜羊膜和生物羊膜治疗翼状胬肉,评价其疗效。方法60例(60眼)翼状胬肉应用新鲜羊膜移植治疗;60例(60眼)应用生物羊膜移植治疗。结果新鲜羊膜组60眼羊膜均成活,翼状胬肉复发率为0;生物羊膜组60眼羊膜有2眼部分融解,翼状胬肉复发率为3.33%。结论新鲜羊膜和生物羊膜均可以有效重建眼表,降低翼状胬肉的复发率。

The comparison of fresh human aminiotic membrane and bioamnion membrane in the treatment of pterygium

Abstract:Objective To study the value of fresh human ami: notic membrane and bioamnion membrane in the treatment of pterygium, and evaluate its curative effect. Methods Fresh human aminotic membrane was performed in sixty cases of pterygium in one group, bioamnion membrane was performed in sixty cases of pterygium in the other group. Results Fresh human aminotie membrane were successfully survived in all patients, and the recurrent rate of pterygium was zero. There were 2 eases of amnion lysis in bioaminion membrane group, and the recurrent rate of pterygium was 3.33%. Conclusion The fresh human aminotic membrane and bioamnion membrane may be effective and valuable in the ocular surface reconstruction, It can effectively reduce recurrent pterygium.
