| 摘 要： | 目的：介绍美国住院药师培训制度的概况．为我国临床药师的培养提供一些参考。方法：通过查阅文献．并参考ASHP（美国卫生系统药师协会）公布的统计数据．对有关资料进行整理分析。结果：美国住院药师培训制度的建立．不仅为美国药师提高专业水平提高了很好的平台，同时也为我国临床药师的培养提供了很好的借鉴模式。结论：本文详细介绍美国住院药师申请流程，为我国临床药师的培养提供一些参考。

| Abstract: | Objective： To provide reference for the training of clinical pharmacists through a brief introduction of Pharmacy Residency Training in U.S. Methods： The relative literatures and the statistics issued by ASHP were referred and analyzed.Results： The forming of American Pharmacy Residency Training not only provides more specialized education for U.S. Pharmacists, but also offers us a good model of clinical pharmacists training. Conclusion： This paper describes the application process in detail, providing our pharmacists with some reference. |
