有晶状体眼后房型人工晶状体植入矫正中高度散光

目的评价有晶状体眼后房型人工晶状体植入矫正中高度散光的有效性、安全性及稳定性。方法选取高度散光105例（187眼）,植入带散光的后房型人工晶状体。随访观察3～36个月。结果裸眼视力均有明显提高,3个月后裸眼视力≥术前最佳矫正视力者182眼占97.33%,散光度数在±1.00D以内者占91.27%,残留散光平均为（-0.56±0.3）D,矫正者占89.72%,术前与术后差异有统计学意义（P〈0.01）。术后2眼（1.07%）发生晶状体前囊下浑浊。结论有晶状体眼后房型人工晶状体植入矫正中高度散光具有有效性、安全性及稳定性。

Posterior chamber phakic intraocular lens for correction of medium and high astigmation

Objective To evaluate the efficacy,safety and stabilily of posterior chamber phakic intraocular lens implantation for the correction of medium and high astigmation.Methods This study included 187 eyes of 105 patients will from January 2007 to December 2009.An implantable contact lens（TICL.Staar Surgical Inc.） was inserted.All cases were followed up for a period of 3-36 months.The examination content included the uncorrected visual acuity,slitlamp examination,refraction,intraocular pressure,endothelial cell morphometry,etc.Visual acuity,refraction,astigmatism and axis of astigmatism were observed during each visit.Results Successful implantation was achieved in all patients.Postoperatively,all eyes had a significant increase in uncorreted visual acuity.The visual acuity at 3 months after surgery was better than the initial visit in 182 of 187 eyes（97.33%）.The refractive error after surgery was less than 4-1.00D in 91.27% eyes.The average residual astigmatism was -0.56D in 89.72% eyes.Two eyes（1.07%） developed cataract 1 year after TICL implantation.Conclusions Posterior chamber phakic intraocular lens implantation appears to be an effective,safe and reliable method for the correction of medium and high astigmation.
