小切口非超声乳化白内障摘出联合折叠型人工晶状体植入术疗效观察

目的探讨小切口非超声乳化白内障摘出联合折叠型人工晶状体植入手术的效果和特点。方法对白内障行小切口非超声乳化摘出联合折叠型人工晶状体植入的42例（48眼）进行回顾性分析。结果术后1周-1个月视力≥0.5者占91.67%,其中≥0.8者占47.91%。术后视力不理想者均系原有的视神经或视网膜疾病所致。术后并发症发生率低。结论小切口非超声乳化白内障摘出并折叠型人工晶状体植入手术能有效地提高视力。是安全有效的白内障手术。

Effects of small incision non-supersonic emulsification cataract surgery and foldable artificial lens implantation

Objective To investigate the effect and characteristics of non-supersonic emulsification with small incision in cataract surgery. Methods The clinical data of cataract surgery with small incision non-supersonic emulsification and foldable artificial lens implantation carried out in 48 eyes of 42 cases were retrospectively reviewed and analyzed. Results The far sight vision was significantly increased in varying degree after the operation in comparison with that of preoperation,and the incidence rate were not higher. Conclusion The small incision non-supersonic emulsification cataract surgery and foldable artificial lens implantation can effectively enhance the vision.It is a kind of safe and effective treatment for cataract surgery.
