| 摘 要： | 目的探讨逆行性翼状胬肉切除联合带结膜蒂角膜缘干细胞移植治疗翼状胬肉的临床效果。方法 115例（120眼）翼状胬肉经逆行性翼状胬肉切除联合带结膜蒂角膜缘干细胞移植术进行疗效观察。结果术后观察6～36个月,复发率2.50%,无明显并发症。结论逆行性翼状胬肉切除联合带结膜蒂角膜缘干细胞移植治疗翼状胬肉疗效良好。

| Abstract: | Objective To observe the clinical effects of retrograde excision of pterygium with conjunctival pedicle corneal stem cell transplantation. Methods 115 cases of 120 pterygium patients by retrograde pterygium excision combined with conjunctival pedicle corneal stem cell transplantation for efficacy. Results Observed after 6 to 36 months,the recurrence rate was 2. 50% ,no significant complications. Conclusion Retrograde pterygium excision combined with conjunctival pedicle corneal stem cell transplantation for treatment of pterygium operation simple,the clinical results were satisfactory. |
