睫状体冷凝小梁切除联合丝裂霉素C治疗新生血管性青光眼

目的探讨新生血管性青光眼的治疗方法。方法 30例（30眼）新生血管性青光眼临床随机分为睫状体冷凝组（17例）和睫状体冷凝联合小梁切除术及丝裂霉素C（MMC）应用组（13例）。两组术后均局部应用典必殊滴眼液及预防性抗感染治疗。术后随访1个月～5a。结果睫状体冷凝组的治疗成功率为47.06%,睫状体冷凝联合小梁切除及MMC应用组的成功率为92.31%,二者差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。结论睫状体冷凝联合小梁切除术及MMC的应用是一种治疗新生血管性青光眼的较有效的方法。

Combination treatment with cyclocryotherapy,trabeculectomy and mitomycin C for neovascular glaucoma

Objective Discussion of neovascular glaucoma treatment. Methods 30 patients with neovascular glaucoma were randomly divided into two groups,cyclocryotherapy group and cyclocryotherapy combined trabeculectomy and mitomycin C （MMC） application group. 17 patients （17 eyes） in the former group 13 patients （13 eyes） in the later group. All of the patients had undergone topical tobradex eye drops and preventive anti-infective therapy. Postoperative follow-up was 1month to 5 years. Results The treatment success rate in cyclocryotherapy group was 47.06%,the success rate of the other group was 92.31%. There was significant difference between the two groups （P〈0.05）. Conclusion Cyclocryotherapy and glaucoma surgery with MMC application is a more effective treatement for neovascular glaucoma cyclocryotherapy.
