老年人肺部感染抗生素应用国内外研究现状

目的：了解国内外老年人肺部感染的抗生素应用研究现状．为进一步深入研究提供参考。方法：对近年老年肺部感染应用抗生素的国内外研究文献进行综述。结果：当前国外该领域研究主要涉及抗生素药物管理和认知，不合理用药．有效性评价．国内研究主要涉及感染病原体类型及耐药性．药物不良反应，不合理应用及药物经济学平价等。结论：目前国内老年人肺部感染抗生素应用研究缺乏大样本的系统性研究，有必要加强。

Domestic and Overseas Situation of Antibiotics Application for Elderly Patients with Pulmonary Infection

Objective： To understand the domestic and overseas situation of antibiotics application for elderly patients with pulmonary infections, and provide advices for further study. Methods： Review related literatures about the research status of antibiotic application in curing pulmonary infection in elderly patient. Results： The current studies abroad in this field are mainly related to antibiotics management and cognition of antibiotics, irrational use of drugs, effectiveness evaluation, and the current studies at home are mainly related to pathogen types, drug resistance, adverse drug reactions, unreasonable application of drugs and pharrnacoeconomics evaluation and so on. Conelusiom： At present, most studies of antibiotics application for elderly patients with pulmonary infection in our country were short of large samples and systematic study, so it is necessary to strengthen the research in this field.
