新生儿泪囊炎3852眼综合治疗临床分析

目的探讨新生儿泪囊炎的治疗方法及治疗时间选择。方法对2623例（3852眼）新生儿泪囊炎根据不同年龄采用不同的治疗方法。小于3个月的患儿采用按摩治疗,3个月以上的患儿采用泪道加压冲洗,前两种方法失败且年龄大于7个月的患儿采用KTP激光治疗,随访6～12个月。结果本组3852眼中,按摩治愈率为24.00%;泪道加压冲洗治愈率为70.65%;KTP激光泪道成形术治愈率为99.28%,所有患儿均未出现假道及泪点撕裂。结论根据不同的年龄采用不同的治疗方法,泪道加压冲洗的最佳时间应在3个月大小。按摩和泪道加压冲洗为无创性治疗,对婴幼儿比较安全。加压冲洗未治愈的患儿,7个月大小时采用激光治疗。。

Clinical analysis of 3852 cases of neonatal dacryocystitis

Objective To discuss the choice of therapy methods and therapy time for neonatal dacryocystitis. Methods We treated 2623 case （3852 eyes） of neonatal dacryo cystitis with different methods accoring to their age.The infants less than 3 months old had undergone massage.Positive pressure lacrimal passage irrigation was done for infants older than 3 months.KTP laser therapy was done if the former two methods were failed or the infants older than 7 months.The following-up time was 6-12 months. Results The cure rate of massage was 24.00%,that of lacrimal passage irrigation was 70.65%,that of KTP laser treatment was 99.28%.There was no false passage formation or lacrimal point laceration. Conclusion Different methods should be choosed according to the age of the infants.Positive pressure lacrimal passage irrigation is the best choice for 3 months old infants.Massage and lacrimal passage irrigation wer safe for infants.KTP laser treatment should be done at 7 months old if lacrimal passage irrigation method was failed.
