25G微创玻璃体手术治疗特发性黄斑前膜

目的探讨25G玻璃体切除手术对特发性黄斑前膜的疗效。方法收集中山大学中山眼科中心43例特发性黄斑前膜手术的资料,其中23眼为传统的20G三通道经睫状体平坦部玻璃体切除手术,20眼为25G经结膜免缝合玻璃体切除手术。对两组平均手术时间、术后视力、眼部表现等进行对比分析,并观察两组术中术后并发症。结果 25G手术时间20～28min,平均25min,20G组30～40min,平均35.5min;两组术后视力改善差异无统计学意义（P〉0.05）。视物变形症状部分消失,大部分明显改善。眼底毛细血管点状出血两组大致相当,20G组1眼黄斑孔形成,无其玻璃体切除手术系统均能有效去除黄斑前膜,显著提高患者视力,并发症少见,25G玻切系统简化手术步骤,增加患者舒适度,提高了手术效率和质量。

25G minimally invasive vitrectomy for the treatment of idiopathic macular epiretina membrane

Objective Discussion 25G vitrectomy system for idiopathic macular epiretinal membrane treatment. Methods Zhongshan Ophthalmic Center collected in July 2007-2009 in January 43 cases of idiopathic macular epiretinal membranes in patients with clinical data and follow-up records,23 of which use the traditional,three-channel by the ciliary body 20G pars plana vitrectomy,20 eyes Conjunctival Suture after 25G vitrecto my-free system. The average operation time of the two groups,postoperative visual acuity,eye performance were analyzed,and the two groups wete observed during post-operative complications. Results 25G group operation time 20-28min,an average of 25 min,20G Group 30-40 min,an average of 35. 5 min; Two groups of patients to improve postoperative visual acuity was no significant difference （ P 0. 05） . Metamorphopsia as partof the disappearance of sympoms, most significantly improved. Fundus punctate capillary bleeding were similar,20G group to form a macular hole,no other postoperative complications in patients. Conclusion Group 20G and 25G vitrectomy system can effectively remove the macular epiretinal membrane,significantly improve visual acuity,complications rare, 25G vitrectomy system to simplify surgical procedures,increasing patient comfort and improve the efficiency and quality of surgery.
