摘    要:目的 研究武汉同济医院2004~2005年检出的表皮葡萄球菌的耐药情况,分析耐药趋势.方法 对检出菌株复苏、培养,进行常用抗生素的药物敏感性试验,分析药敏结果.结果 共检出表皮葡萄球菌61株,全部复苏、培养成功.苯唑西林耐药41株(占67.21%),苯唑西林敏感20株(占32.79%).苯唑西林耐药的表皮葡萄球菌(MRSE)组的多重耐药率及总耐药率均显著高于苯唑西林敏感的表皮葡萄球菌(MSSE)组.在体外药敏试验中,对头孢唑啉、头孢呋新、庆大霉素及氨苄-舒巴坦保持较低的耐药率(<30%),而对SMZ-TMP、青霉素、红霉素、克林霉素及左氧沙星耐药率较高(>50%),没有发现对万古霉素耐药的菌株.结论 表皮葡萄球菌耐药情况严重,MRSE的多重耐药率、总耐药率较高.

Abstract:Objective To study the drug resistance of S.epidermidis(SE) stains collected from Tongji hospital During the period of 2004 to 2005 and to analyze the tendency of its drug resistance.Methods After resuscitation and culture of SE strains,drug sensitivity test for common antibiotics was performed.Statistics of drug resistance was made on the basis of the results of drug sensitivity test.Results All the 61 SE strains were completely resuscitated and cultured.Among them,41 strains were resistant to Oxacillin(67.21%),and 20 strains sensitive to Oxacillin(32.79%).The multidrug resistance rate and total drug resistance rate in group MRSE were significantly higher than thaose in group MSSE.The drug sensitivity test in vitro showed that SE preserved a relatively lower drug resistance to cefazolin,cefuroxime,gentamycin and ampicillin-sulbactam(<30%),and a higher drug resistance to SMZ-TMP,penicillin,erythromycin,clindamycin and levofloxacin(>50%).No SE strain was resistant to vancomycin.Conclusion SE showed a serious situation about drug resistance,with a higher multidrug resistance rate and total drug resistance rate in MRSE.
