妊娠期糖尿病患者脐血瘦素浓度／母血瘦素浓度与新生儿体重的关系

目的探讨妊娠期糖尿病（GDM）患者脐血瘦素水平／母血瘦素与新生儿体重的关系。方法用放射免疫方法测定82例GDM孕妇母血和脐血瘦素浓度及48例正常孕妇脐血瘦素浓度，同时测量新生儿的体重、胎盘重量。结果①GDM患者母血瘦素水平明显高于脐血（P〈0．01），两者呈正相关关系（r=0．42）；单纯饮食控制组患者的脐血瘦素水平高于正常孕妇组，低于胰岛素治疗组。②GDM患者脐血瘦素浓度与新生儿出生体重和胎盘重量有正相关关系（r分别为0．508，0．484）。结论妊娠期糖尿病患者脐血瘦素水平明显低于母血瘦素水平，两者呈正相关关系；前者与新生儿体重及胎盘重量有正相关关系，两者有望成为预测GDM孕妇胎儿体重的指标之一.

The Study of the Relationship between Cord Leptin and Mother's Leptin and Neonatal Birth Weight in Gestational Diabetes

Objective To investigate the relationship between cord leptin and mother＇ s leptin in pregnant women with gestational diabetes at delivery and neonatal birth weight. Methods Blood samples were collected from mothers with GDM ,at the time of delivery, by venous puncture and cord blood samples from the newborns after clamping and cutting the umbilical cord. Neonalal birth weight and placental weight were measured at the same time. Results （1）The mean cord leptin was significantly lower than the corresponding maternal leptin,there was a positive correlation between them. The cord blood leptin levels from diet control women were higher lhan that from nor aal pregnant women,and lower from the women who required instnlin therapy. （2）A positive correlation was found between umbilical blood lepin level and birth weight and placental weight in the newborns of pregnant women with GDM（r was 0. 508 or 0. 484 respectively）. Conclusion Mother＇s leptinwas significantly higher than cord leptin in the pregnant women with GDM ,there was a positive correlation between them. A positive correlation was also found between cord leptin and birth weight and placental weight in the newborns of GDM, the mother-newborn pair leptin levels may be an indiealor to predict the neonatal weights.
