| 摘 要： | 应用免疫酶ＳＰ法和凝集素亲和组化技术对４株不同分化程度的胃癌细胞进行细胞外基质和凝集素受体的初步研究。结果显示：（１）ＦＮ染色：ＦＧＣ８５＞ＭＧＣ８０－３＞ＳＧＣ－７９０１＞ＭＫＮ２８。（２）ＬＮ染色：ＦＧＣ８５＜ＭＧＣ８０－３＜ＳＧＣ－７９０１＜ＭＫＮ２８。（３）ＰＮＡ染色：ＦＧＣ８５＝ＭＧＣ８０－３＞ＳＧＣ－７９０１＞ＭＫＮ２８。（４）ＰＨＡ染色无差异。提示ＦＮ，ＬＮ及ＰＮＡ受体的表达与细胞的分化程度密切相关。

| Abstract: | Extracellular matrix and lectin receptors of 4 gastric carcinoma cell strains were investigated by immunohistochemical SP method and. lectin histochemical techniques. The results showed: (1)FN; FGC 85>MGC 80-3>SGC-7901>MKN28. (2)LN: FGC85SGC-7901>MKN 28. It suggests that expression of FN, LN and PNA receptor was closely related to differentiation. |
