| 摘 要： | 本文观察44例 Graves 病(GD),16例疑似 GD 及14例眼型 OD 的 T 细胞亚群数目的变化,结果表明 GD 组、疑似 GD 组的茶碱敏感细胞(Es)下降,茶碱抵抗细胞(Er)上升,Er/Es 比值增高,(P均<0.001);眼型 GD 组 Er 均值和 Er/Es 比值稍增高,但与对照组相比无显着差异(P>0.05);总 T值与 Er/Es 比值呈正相关,各组 T_3,T_4正常的患者可分为 Er/Es 比值增高组和正常组,提示临床缓解的病人存在着两种不同的免疫病理类型。

| Abstract: | T cell subsets were enumerated in 44 cases of Grave disease(GD), 16 cases being suspicious and 14 cases ophthalmic GD. The results showed that the Es of GD and suspicious GD descended significantly and the Er rose,Er/Es ratio were higher then those of controls P<0. 001,Er and Er/Es ratio of ophthalmic GD were slight higher than those of controls P>0. 05. A positive correlation was found between the total T value and Er/Es ratio(r=0. 321 ,P>0. 05).The patients with normal serum T_3, T_4 of the group mentioned above could be divided into two subgroup;one with high and another with normal Er/Es ratio. Our findings indicate that the patients with clinical alleviation present two types of different immunopathology and it may be contributory to directing treatment |
