中西医结合治疗寻常痤疮72例疗效观察

目的观察用中西医结合的方法治疗寻常痤疮的临床疗效。方法试验组72例采用自拟方煎服,甲硝唑VitB6片口服,早上外用甲硝唑凝胶,晚上外用阿达帕林凝胶;对照组45例采用甲硝唑VitB6片口服,早上外用甲硝唑凝胶,晚上外用阿达帕林凝胶。结果试验组痊愈率为55.56%,总有效率为81.94%,对照组痊愈率为24.44%总有效率为57.78%。两组痊愈率和总有效率比较差异有统计学意义(P0.05)。结论中西医结合治疗寻常痤疮疗效较为满意。

Curative effect of combination of traditional Chinese and Western medicine in treatment of 72 cases of acne vulgaris

Objective To investigate the curative effect of combination of traditional Chinese and Western medicine for acne vulgaris. Methods Seventy-two cases in the treatment group were treated by self-made decoction, meanwhile VitB6 and metronidazole tablets taken orally, metronidazole gel and adapalene gel externally applied at every morning and evening respectively;the control group of 45 cases didn’t given the decoction, other treatments of the control group were same to the treatment group. Results The cure rate of the treatment group was 55.56%, the total effective rate was 81.94%, cure rate of the control group was 24.44%, the total effective rate was 57.78%. There were statistically significant difference of cure rate and total effective rate between the two groups （P＆lt;0.05）. Conclusion For the treatment of acne vulgaris, combination of traditional Chinese and Western medicine could produce a more satisfactory curative effect, which with little side effect.
