顺铂联合持续热灌注治疗胃癌腹腔种植转移的临床疗效观察

目的 探讨顺铂（DDP）联合持续热灌注治疗胃癌腹腔种植转移的临床疗效.方法 2009年2月至2012年2月间治疗的84例胃癌腹腔种植转移患者,随机分为观察组和对照组,每组各42例.观察组采用DDP联合腹腔持续热灌注治疗,对照组采用单独DDP腹腔灌注治疗.观察并记录两组患者腹水控制情况、不良反应发生情况.对患者进行随访,统计生存情况.结果 观察组和对照组总有效率分别为71.4％和50.0％,两组比较差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）.两组中位生存期分别为10.3个月和6.0个月.两组不良反应发生率差异无统计学意义（P＞0.05）.结论 DDP联合持续热灌注治疗胃癌腹腔种植转移的临床疗效好,不良反应少,值得临床上进一步推广.

Observation of DDP combined with continuous hyperthermic peritoneal perfusion in the treatment for peritoneal metastasis of gastric cancer

Objective To investigate the clinic effect of DDP combined with continuous hyper thermic peritoneal perfusion in the treatment for peritoneal metastasis of gastric cancer.Methods from Feb.2009 to Feb.2012,84 patients with peritoneal metastasis of gastric cancer were selected and ran domly divided into observation group and control group,42 cases in each group.The observation group were given DDP combined with continuous hyperthermic peritoneal perfusion treatment,and the con trol group received a single intraperitoneal cisplatin treatment.The ascites change and incidence of two group were observed and recorded.Patients were followed up for survival statistics.Results The total effective rate of observation group and the control group was 71.4％ and 50.0％,there were significant difference between the two groups （P＜0.05）.The median survival time of two groups was 10.3 months two and 6.0 months.There was no significant difference on adverse reactions between two groups （P＞0.05）.Conclusions DDP combined with continuous hyperthermic peritoneal perfusion in treating peritoneal metastasis of gastric cancer has good clinical efficacy and low adverse reactions,it is worth further promotion.
