摘    要:目的:分析类风湿性关节炎肺内改变高分辨力CT(HRCT)的影像特征,探讨HRCT在类风湿患者肺部病变中的价值。方法:回顾性分析34例类风湿患者的肺部HRCT表现。结果:无呼吸道症状组20例患者中最常见的表现是胸膜肥厚,有呼吸道症状组最常见的表现是支气管扩张。结论:HRCT可以清晰显示类风湿患者肺部病变的表现、程度及分布特点,HRCT检查在确定类风湿患者尤其是无呼吸道症状患者是否累及肺部具有重要意义。

Abstract:Objective:To identify high resolution CT features of lungs in patients with rheumatoid arthritis (RA),and analyze the diagnostic value of HRCT in detecting pulmonary lesions of RA.Methods:Pulmonary HRCT findings in 34 patients with RA were analyzed retrospectively.Results:The most frequent abnormality on HRCT of the lungs was pleural thickening in the group of 20 RA patients without respiratory symptoms,and the most frequent abnormality on HRCT of the lungs was bronchiectasis or bronchiolectasis in the group of 14 RA patients with respiratory symptoms.Conclusion:High resolution CT can clearly show the features of pulmonary lesions of RA,as well as the degree and distribution,HRCT plays an important role in detecting pulmonary lesions of the RA patients,especially in the patients without respiratory systems.
