Abstract: | We studied the relationship between breastparenchymal pattern and the incidence of breastcancer. The material included l,564 normal subjectsof a mass survey and 552 pathologically provedcases. The incidence of breast parenchymal pattemsof the two groups was compared and no relation-ship was shown between dense type and breastcancer. The "high risk group" opinion remains tobe proved. We find that clinical management ofbreast disease and mass surveys can not be basedon breast X-ray parenchymal pattern. |
