| 摘 要： | 目的：提高长段尿道狭窄/闭锁腔镜手术治疗的成功率。方法：对22例长段尿道狭窄/闭锁患者联合应用纤维膀胱镜、硬性输尿管镜、尿道内切开镜、电切镜多种腔内技术,行尿道内切开手术治疗。结果：22例长段尿道狭窄/闭锁患者均一次手术成功,术后无尿失禁、尿瘘发生,术后近期内需定期尿道扩张。结论：应用多种腔内技术治疗长段尿道狭窄、闭锁,可大大提高手术成功率,降低手术盲目性,具有操作简单、安全、疗效好、创伤小及可重复治疗等优点。

| Abstract: | Objective：To improve long urethrostenosis or urethratresia success rate of endoscopic surgery.Methods：22 patients with long urethrostenosis or urethratresia,the combination of fiber cystoscope,rigid ureteroscopy,transurethral incision mirror,resectoscope, a variety of endoscopic,surgical treatment of urethral incision.Results：22 patients with long urethrostenosis or urethratresia had a successful surgery,no postoperative incontinence,urinary fistula,urethral dilatation after surgery in the near future be on a regular basis.Conclusion：Endoscopic treatment of a variety of long urethrostenosis or urethratresia,can greatly improve the success rate,reduction of postoperative blindness,is simple,safe,good efficacy,less inva sive and repeatable treatment and so on. |
