| 摘 要： | 作者自1996年6月以来，采用电视胸腔镜进行脑手术5例，其中包括肺癌右上肺叶切除，右下肺结核球楔形切除、右肺中叶炎性假瘤楔形切除、多发性肺大疱切除及波气胸单一肺大疱切除术。手术效果满意，术后恢复良好无术后并发症，文中还介绍了电视胸腔镜手术的方法及对肺手术的适应征，对手术中的一些问题的具体处理进行了初步讨论。 |

| Abstract: | Since June l996,pneumonectomy of five cases have been performed including right up-per pulmonary lobectomy,right low glomectmy of pulmonary tuberculosis,right middle lobe wedge resec-tion of inflamma-tory pseudotumor,mudtiple bullae of lung resection and single bullac of lung resection ofpneumatothorax. The results were all satisfactory and the recovery was quite good. There were no corppli-cations. The method of video-assisted thoracoscopic surgery and its indication were also introduced. Themanagement of some problems during operation was discussed. |
