心理护理干预对无痛分娩产妇负性情绪的影响

目的：探讨心理护理干预对无痛分娩患者负性情绪的影响。方法将150例无痛分娩产妇随机分为观察组和对照组，对照组分娩全程实施一般护理措施，观察组分娩全程实施心理护理干预。采用焦虑自评量表（SAS）、抑郁自评量表（SDS）测评2组产妇入院时和出院后1周的相关指标，并进行比较。结果观察组产妇心情紧张、恐惧、焦虑、抑郁比例明显减少，产妇心情愉悦，满意度明显提高，治疗依从性显著提高，态度行为明显改善，2组比较有显著性差异（P〈0.05）。结论心理护理干预能改善无痛分娩产妇焦虑、抑郁等负性情绪，密切医患关系，提高护理依从性。

Influence of nursing intervention on negative emotion of painless parturition

Objective To investigate the psychological nursing intervention on patients with painless childbirth negative emotional impact.Methods 150 cases of painless childbirth were randomly assigned to control two groups. Self-rating anxiety scale （SAS）, Self-Rating Depression Scale （SDS） evaluation two groups of patients on admission and discharge week after the relevant indicators, and compared.Results The maternal nervousness, fear, anxiety, depression, significantly reduced the number of cases of maternal feelings of pleasure, significantly improved patient satisfaction, adherence to treatment significantly improved attitude behavior improved significantly.Two groups were significantly different （P〈0.05）.Conclusion Psychological nursing intervention can improve painless childbirth maternal anxiety, depression and other negative emotions, close doctor-patient relationship, improve care compliance.
