全自动红细胞沉降率仪TEST1与魏氏法红细胞沉降率结果对比分析

目的对全自动红细胞沉降率仪TEST1与魏氏法检测红细胞沉降率的结果进行比较,探讨全自动红细胞沉降率仪的临床应用。方法评价全自动红细胞沉降率仪TEST1的精密度。比较全自动红细胞沉降率仪器法和传统魏氏法对500例临床血液标本同步进行测定红细胞沉降率（ESR）的结果。结果全自动红细胞沉降率仪TEST1具有较好的精密度,中值样本和高值样本的变异系数（CV）〈5.0%。两种方法测定ESR结果升高有237例,都正常263例,两法符合率为100%。但分析升高样本时,发现魏氏法沉降率超过90 mm/1h的有20例,而全自动红细胞沉降率仪超过90 mm/1h只有2例。结论全自动红细胞沉降率仪TEST1和魏氏法测定ESR正常和升高的结果符合率为100%,但在ESR超过90 mm/1h时,两者结果有差异,造成此差异的原因可能与两种红细胞沉降率测定方法原理有关。

Fully automatic blood sedimentation instrument TEST1 comparative analysis with the results of blood sedimentation westergren method

Objective To fully automatic blood sedimentation instrument TEST1 comparing with the Westergren method for blood sedimentation results, to explore the clinical application of fully automatic blood sedimentation instrument.Methods evaluate the precision of the fully automatic blood sedimentation instrument TEST1.More automatic blood sedimentation method and the traditional westergren method in 500 cases of clinical blood samples and analysed the results of simultaneous determination of the ESR.Results Fully automatic blood sedimentation instrument TEST1 has good precision, the variation coefficient of samples of samples and high value（CV）〈5.0%.Two methods to determine the ESR were elevated in 237 patients, all 263 cases of normal, the reduced coincidence rate was 100%, but higher samples analysis, found that the traditional Westergren method in 20 cases of more than 90 mm/1h, and fully automatic blood sedimentation instrument only 2 cases of more than 90 mm/1h.Conclusion the results of the determination of normal and elevated ESR coincidence rate was 100%, but more than 90 mm/1h in the ESR, there are differences between the two results, the cause of the differences may be related to two methods of determination of blood sedimentation principle.
