普外手术中应用抗生素预防切口感染的临床分析

摘    要:目的探讨普外科手术中使用抗生素预防切口感染的应用价值。方法对我院2011年8月—2013年8月间普外科手术中使用抗生素预防切口感染的200例患者进行研究,对其基本资料进行观察,对比不同方式、不同时间、不同抗生素对切口感染情况的影响。结果 200例普外科手术患者中出现切口感染10例,感染率为5%;患者在术前、术后使用抗素比在术中使用的抗生素感染率更高,而在以后的二、三联用药较之一联感染率更高。结论普外科手术在预防切口感染时要严格对抗生素的使用进行掌控,控制其使用时间和指征,从根本上做到合理用药。

Abstract:Objective To study the Department of general surgery operation inuse of antibiotic prophylaxis application value in patients with incision infection. Methods according to the hospital from 2011 August-2013 year in August the Department of general surgery operation when the use of antibiotic prophylaxisin 200 cases of infection were studied, the basic data were observed, compared the different style, different time, different antibiotics for study in patients with wound infection. Results through investigation and study in our hospital, 200 cases underwent Department of general surgery operationincision, infection in 10 cases, the infection rate was 5%, in patients with preoperative and postoperative use of antibiotics than the use of antibiotics in surgery infection rate is higher, while in the later two, the triple therapy compared with a combined infection rate high. Conclusion Department of general surgery operation in preventing incision infection for antibiotics to use strict control, control the use of time and indications, fundamentally achieve rational drug use.
