单纯按摩泪囊与结合滴眼药治疗新生儿泪囊炎

目的比较采用单纯按摩泪囊与按摩结合滴眼药水两种方法治疗新生儿泪囊炎的疗效。方法收集新生儿泪囊炎患者113例,随机分组,一组给予单纯泪囊区按摩治疗,共50例,87眼;另一组给予滴抗生素眼药结合泪囊区按摩治疗,共63例,101眼。统计分析两种治疗方法的疗效差异。结果单纯泪囊区按摩治疗50例,87眼,治愈80眼,占91.95%;滴眼药结合按摩泪囊区63例,101眼,治愈98眼,占97.03%,2组比较无统计学差异（P〉0.05）。结论单纯按摩泪囊与点眼药结合按摩治疗新生儿泪囊炎疗效无明显差异。

Simple massage lacrimal sac and combining eye drops treatment of neonatal dacryocystitis

Objective Comparing the effect of simple massage lacrimal sac and combining eye drops in the treatment of neonatal dacryocystitis. Methods The patients with neonatal dacryocystitis were collected,random grouping,a set of given simple lacrimal sac massage treatment,a total of 50 cases,87 eyes,another group to give some antibiotics ophthalmic massage therapy combined with lacrimal sac area,a total of 63 cases,101 eyes. Observation curative effect,statistical analysis of difference between two kinds of therapies. Results The treatment of 113 cases,188 eyes,cured 178 eyes（ 94.68 %）. Simple lacrimal sac massage in the treatment of 50 cases,87 eyes,cured 80 eyes（91.95%）. Dispense the combined with massage lacrimal sac area 63 cases,101 eyes,cured 98 eyes（97.03 %）.Chi-square test results suggest is no statistical difference between the two groups（χ2=2.391,P〉2.391）.Conclusion Cure rate is higher in the treatment of neonatal dacryocystitis through to massaging the lacrimal sac area. There was no significant difference in curative effect of simple massage lacrimal sac and combining eye drops in treatment of neonatal dacryocystitis
