氟西汀合并小剂量奥氮平治疗神经症对照研究

目的：评价氟西汀合并小剂量奥氮平治疗神经症的临床疗效及安全性。方法将我院门诊符合CCMD-3神经症诊断的80例患者随机分为氟西汀联合奥氮平组、氟西汀联合阿普唑仑组，疗程56 d，采用汉密尔顿（HAMD）抑郁量表进行临床评分，采用副反应量表（TESS）、体检及实验室检查评价安全性。结果治疗56 d 2组HAMD总分较治疗前显著降低（P均〈0.01），氟西汀合并小剂量奥氮平组起效较快，疗效亦较好，2组不良反应相近。结论氟西汀合并小剂量奥氮平治疗神经症疗效肯定，安全性高。

Fluoxetine combined with small-dose Olanzapine in treating neurosis controlled study

Objective To evaluate the efficacy and safety of fluoxetine with small dose of olanzapine in treating neurosis. Methods Outpatient CCMD-3 diagnosis of neurosis in 80 patients randomly assigned to fluoxetine combined with small-dose olanzapine in groups, groups of fluoxetine combined with alprazolam. Results 56 days of treatment and observation, Hamilton （HAMD） clinical depression scale score,Side effects Checklist （TESS）,physical examination and laboratory evaluation of security. Conclusion Treatment for 56 days and two sets of HAMD total score before treatment significantly reduced （P〈0.01）Fluoxetine combined with small-dose olanzapine takes effect faster and has notable curative effect and higher safety in treatment of neurosis.
