苏黄止咳胶囊对慢性阻塞性肺疾病肺功能的影响

目的观察苏黄止咳胶囊对慢性阻塞性肺疾病急性加重期（AECOPD）的止咳作用及肺功能的影响。方法将60例COPD急性发作期患者随机分为对照组30例,采用抗感染、舒张支气管及控制气道慢性炎症等综合治疗;治疗组30例,在对照组基础上加用苏黄止咳胶囊3粒口服,每天3次,治疗10 d。观察2组的临床疗效及肺功能变化。结果治疗组在改善咳嗽症状及肺功能等临床疗效与对照组的差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）;治疗组第1秒用力呼气容量占用力肺活量百分比（FEV1/FVC）、第1秒用力呼气容量（FEV1）及最大呼气流量（PEF）改善程度明显优于对照组（P〈0.05）。结论苏黄止咳胶囊在治疗AECOPD患者中其止咳及改善肺功能的疗效显著,值得临床推广。

Eliminating phlegm effect of suHuangZhiKeJiaoNang on acute exacerbation of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease

Objectives To investigate the eliminating phlegm effect of SuHuangZhiKeJiaoNang on acute exacerbation of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease（AECOPD）. Methods 60 inpatients with acute exacerbation of COPD were randomly divided into treatment group（n=30） and control groups（n=30）. Both groups received comprehensive treatment containing antibiotics,Bronchial dilation and Control of chronic airway inflammation.Treatment group were additionally treated with SuHuangZhiKeJiaoNang 3 capsules per os three times daily for 10 day.The effect of elimination phlegm and lung function changes in two groups were observed before and after treatment.Results There were significantly difference of the character of cough and clinical comprehensive effect in treatment group than control group（P〈0.05）. The improved levels of FEV1/FVC,FEV1 and PEF were significantly increased in treatment group than control group（P〈0.05）. Conclusions SuHuangZhiKeJiaoNang is effective used in AECOPD and it can improve lung function.
