| 摘 要： | 建立了HPLC法测定川芎药材中的洋川芎内酯A和Z-蒿本内酯.采用Zorbax SB-C_(18)色谱柱,以乙腈-1%乙酸为流动相,梯度洗脱,检测波长280 nm.洋川芎内酯A和Z-蒿本内酯在0.048 8～2.44mg/ml和0.0409～2.05mg/ml浓度范围内线性关系良好.回收率为98.77%和99.05%,RSD为0.83%和1.10%.

Determination of Senkyunolide A and Z-Ligustilide in Ligusticum Chuanxiong Hort. by HPLC |

| Abstract: | An HPLC method was established for the determination of senkyunolide A and Z-ligustilide in Ligusticum Chuanxiong Hort.. A Zorbax SB-C_(18) column was used with the mobile phase of acetonitrile-1 % acetic acid with gradient elution, detected at the wavelength of 280 nm. The calibration curves for senkyunolide A and Z-ligustilide were linear in the concentration ranges of 0.048 8 - 2.44 and 0.040 9 - 2.05 mg/ml. The average recoveries were 98.77% and 99.05%, with RSDs of 0.83% and 1.10%. |
