血府逐瘀汤治疗慢性肺心病心力衰竭的临床疗效观察

目的 :观察血府逐瘀汤治疗慢性肺源性心脏病心力衰竭的临床疗效。方法 :将 178例慢性肺源性心脏病心力衰竭病人随机分为治疗组 90例和对照组 88例 ,治疗组在西医常规治疗基础上加服血府逐瘀汤每日 1剂 ,分早、晚二次温服。对照组单纯给予西药常规治疗。 14d为 1疗程 ,统计数据以 3个疗程为准。结果 :治疗组和对照组显效率分别为 88.89%、6 8.18% ,差异显著 (P <0 .0 5 )。结论 :血府逐瘀汤在治疗慢性肺心病心力衰竭上作用明显 ,疗效确定 ,无明显毒副作用

Observation of Clinical Curative Effect of Xuefu Zhuyu Decoction in Treating Cardiac Failure Caused by Chronic Pulmonary Disease

Objective: To observe clinically the curative effect of Xuefu Zhuyu Decoction in treating cardiac failure caused by chonic pulmonary heart disease. Methods: 178 patients suffering from cardiac failure caused by chronic pulmonary heart disease were randomly divided into treatment group(90)and the control group(88). Those in the treatment group took one dose of the warm decoction twice daily in addition to the routine treatment of western medicine. Those in the control group were treated with western medicine only. Statistic data was collected based on 3 courses of treatment with 14 days as one course. Results: The curative effect in the treatment group and the control group were 88.89% and 68.18% respectively with marked difference(P<0.05). Conclusion: The curative effect of the decoction is definite and marked in treating cardiac failure caused by chronic pulmonary heart disease.
