皮肤电刺激合药物治疗神经症中焦虑症状临床观察

目的：观察皮肤电刺激治疗神经症中焦虑症状的临床疗效.方法：对39例神经症伴有明显焦虑症状的患者随机分为两组,分别采用单纯药物治疗（对照组）和加用皮肤电刺激治疗（研究组）,使用汉密尔顿焦虑量表（HAMA）在治疗前、治疗后第2、4、6、8周末进行评定.结果：两组治疗后第2、4、6、8周末HAMA评分与治疗前比较,P＜0.01;加用皮肤电刺激组治疗后第4、6、8周末HAMA评分下降较单纯药物组更明显（P＜0.05）,治疗8周末总显进率更高,成功撤除阿普唑仑的比例更高.结论：药物治疗加用皮肤电刺激治疗神经症的焦虑症状疗效更好.

Clinical Observation of Electrocuteneous Simulation Combined with Drug in Treating Neurosis with Anxiety

Objective:To discuss the clinical curative effect of electrocutaneous simulation combined with drag in treating neurosis with anxiety. Methods:37 cases of neurosis with anxiety were randomly divided into two groups. One group was treated by drugs only and the other group by the electrocutaneous simulation additionally. HAMA was evaluated after therapy of 2, 4, 6 and 8 weeks. Results:The difference of HAMA before and after therapy of 2, 4, 6 and 8 weeks was significant (P<0.01). The reducing of HAMA after therapy of 2, 4, 6 and 8 weeks in the group treated by electrocutaneous simulation combined with drug was much more obvious than that in the group treated by drug only (P<0.05). The total improvement rate after therapy of 8 weeks and rate of removing alprazolam were also higher. Conclusion:Electrocutaneous simulation combined with drug has a better effect in treating neurosis with anxiety.
