| 摘 要： | 本文通过对广东省深圳市外来人口结核病ＤＯＴＳ管理的现状分析，提示了由于城市外来人口结核病疫情高、病情重和流动性大等不利因素的影响，城市外来人口的结核病疫情已对城市结核病的控制构成威胁。因此，城市外来人口这一特殊群体的结核病控制已是当前不容忽视的问题，应引起各级防痨机构的重视。本文还提示了，只要将城市外来人口结核病防治问题纳入区域结核病控制规程（ＲＴＰ），落实财政经费，落实完整的防治技术措施，认真实行ＤＯＴＳ有理，完全可以取得与本地人口同样显著的防治效果。

| Abstract: | Throug analyzing the management of tuberculosis treatment in floating population on Directly Observed Treatment, Short-conrse Chemotherapy, DOTS, This article shows that the epidemic situation of temporary resident has af- fected the tubercuolsis control in Shenzhen. It is because of the disadvantageous facts of high prevalence, great fluidity of the population. the tubercuolsis control in temporary resident is a problem which should be caused our concern. The article also shows that we can approach to the achievement which we have made in the native resident if Regional Tuberculosis Control Program involves the antituberculosis of temporary resident. |
