| 摘 要： | 目的：探讨肝癌特异性GPDA的来源及其发生本质。方法：化学致癌剂－2－FAA诱发SD大鼠肝癌，聚丙烯酰胺凝胶阶段梯度电泳分离GPDA同工酶Ⅱ区带（后文中简称GPDAⅡ），动态观察鼠肝癌癌变过程中血清、肝组织GPDAⅡ的变化。结果：癌前病变鼠肝组织及血清中GPDAⅡ的阳性率分别为69．2％和23．1％，癌变时肝组织及血清中GPDAⅡ的阳性率分别升至100％和61．5％，对照组和细胞变性组肝组织和血清中GPDAⅡ全部阴性。结论：癌前病变时肝细胞开始合成GPDAⅡ，随着癌变发展，GPDAⅡ的合成、释放均增加、血中阳性率上升。

| Abstract: | Objective:To study the origin and essence of hepatoma specific GPDA.Methods:Sprague-Dawley(SD) rats with hepatoma induced by chemical carcinogen 2-FAA.GPDA isoenzyme were seperated by means of polyacrlamide stage gelelectrophoresis.Study on the changes of GPDA isoenzyme in the serum and liver of rats.Results:GPDAⅡ positive rate in precancerous rats liver and serum was 69.2% and 23.1% respectively,and in cancerous rats liver and serum,it rose to 100% and 61.5% respectively.No GPDAⅡ was found in control group and hepatocyte denaturatioin group (P<0.05).Conclusion:GPDAⅡ has been synthesized by hepatocyte since precancerous pathological changes,with progression and synthesis and release of GPDAⅡ elevated and serum GPDAⅡ positive rate rose. |
