加味补阳还五汤对单纯型糖尿病视网膜病变患者血液流变学的影响

目的 观察加味补阳还五汤对单纯型糖尿病视网膜病变(DR)患者血液流变学的影响.方法 将单纯型DR患者60例随机分为2组.2组均予饮食控制及口服降糖药或胰岛素控制血糖的一般治疗.治疗组30例在一般治疗的基础上加服加味补阳还五汤;对照组30例加服肠溶阿司匹林片.2组均4周为1个疗程,2个疗程后观察治疗前后血液流变学指标的变化.结果 治疗组治疗后血液流变学各项指标均有显著性改善(P＜0.05,P＜0.01),与对照组治疗后比较,除红细胞沉降率外,差异均有统计学意义(P＜0.05,P＜0.01).结论 加味补阳还五汤能有效地降低单纯型DR患者的血液黏稠度,改善高凝状态,对防治单纯型DR,延缓其发展具有积极的意义.

Influence of Buyanghuanwu decoction on hemorrheology in patients with simple diabetic retinopathy

Objective To evaluate the influence of Buyanghuanwu decoction on hemorrheology in patients with simple diabetic retinopathy.Methods 60 patients with simple diabetic retinopathy were randomly divided into two groups, which were treated by routine therapy (oral antidiabetic drug, or insulin), but Buyanghuanwu decoction was given additionally to the patients in treatment group (n=30),enteric coated aspirin was given additionally to the patients in control group (n=30).The therapeutic course was four weeks in two groups. After two courses changes of hemorrheology was observed.Results The indexes in hemorrheology were improved after treatment in treatment group (P<0.05,P<0.01).Comparedwith control group after treatment,there were significant differences in the indexes besides blood sedimentation rate (P<0.05,P<0.01).Conclusion Buyanghuanwu decoction can effectively decrease blood viscosity in patients with simple diabetic retinopathy, improve hypercoagulabale state and treat simple diabetic retinopathy.
