| 摘 要： | 目的 :评价平阳霉素碘油乳剂在介入治疗肝海绵状血管瘤的价值。方法 :收集经各种检查确诊的 15例肝海绵状血管瘤 ,经股动脉插管 ,将导管超选择性插入瘤体近端 ,一次或分次注入平阳霉素碘油乳剂。结果 :平阳霉素碘油乳剂在肿瘤血管内聚集良好 ,肿瘤组织血供中断。术后并发症少 ,复发率低。结论 :平阳霉素碘油乳剂对肝海绵状血管瘤肿瘤血管有祛血管作用 ,祛血管的同时伴随瘤体缩小。

| Abstract: | Objective:To evaluate the effects of hepatic arterial embolization with pingyangmycin-lipiodol emulsion in treatment of cavernous hemangioma of liver.Methods:15 patients were proved to have cavernous hemangioma of liver.They were treated by hyper-selective hepatic artery embolization with pingyangmycin-lipiodol emalsion.Results:Pingyangmycin-lipiodol emalsion was collected in hepatic cavernous hemangioma.The blood supply was interrupted,The complication and recurrence rate was low.Conclusion:Pingyangmycin-lipiodol; emulsion has devascular effect to tumor vessel of carernous hemangioma of liver,so the rumor decreases gradually in size. |
